Wendy Ennis is the Global Chief FCC Officer at Manulife, with responsibility for the enterprise-wide financial crime program spanning anti‑money laundering, sanctions, anti‑bribery and corruption, and fraud risk. She oversees regulatory engagement, risk appetite, and the effectiveness of financial crime controls and governance frameworks across the organization. Based in Hong Kong, Wendy brings extensive international experience from senior roles at Standard Chartered, Mox Bank, and JPMorgan. She is focused on strengthening governance, culture, and accountability, and on evolving financial crime frameworks to meet increasingly complex regulatory expectations.
