Lavy Stokhamer is Managing Director and Global Head of Cybersecurity and Anti-Crime Technology at Standard Chartered Bank, where he leads the Bank’s global cyber defence, financial crime, and digital trust capabilities. He brings extensive experience across both public and private sectors, having previously led Israel’s National CERT, overseeing national cyber operations and incident response. Lavy is actively involved in global efforts to combat cybercrime, collaborating with organisations such as INTERPOL and Europol, and is widely recognised as a thought leader, speaker, and advisor in cybersecurity and financial crime technology.
